About The Role

Meadow View are looking to appoint a Admin Assistant to join the Admin Team. You will be responsible for helping to provide an efficient and accessible administration service to support the smooth running and effective management of the service. The job requires both efficiency and well developed personal skills.
 
You will be a confident individual with strong administrative and IT skills. You will have exceptional organisational skills and will ensure a reliable and competent service is provided. Quality assurance and confidentiality will prove important as well as a proactive and professional approach to all tasks.
  
 
  
 

About You

The successful candidate must have the following:
  •  Recognised typing/word processing qualification
  •  Minimum of GCSE English and Maths (or ability to prove competence at equivalent level)
  •  Experience of working as an effective team member in an office environment
  •  Ability to use current versions of Microsoft Office applications competently (Word, Excel, Outlook)
