About The Role

Hesley Group are looking to appoint a Night Care Supervisor to be based at Meadow View to work on a full time, permanent basis. 
 
A night care supervisor is responsible for the general supervision of the direct care provision of a team of night support staff during a waking night shift to ensure that people who use our services receive a complete person centred care service. 
 
Hours of work will be 21:30-08:00
 
 
 

About You

The successful candidate must demonstrate the following skills and experience;  
  • Knowledge of adult learning disabilities and/or special needs including recent developments.
  • Significant experience of care support work at a standard assessed as competent in all aspects of the job.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care/Diploma
  • Knowledge of recognised positive approaches to working with behaviours that may challenge associated with learning difficulties.

We provide a specialist residential service with high standards of accommodation, personal care and support for adults who have complex care needs, including behaviours that challenge and a learning disability, often in association with autism.
