You will need to be a highly organised individual, who is able to balance and prioritise their workload whilst working to various deadlines.
You will be able to build and maintain positive and meaningful relationships with teams and individuals as well as being an effective communicator, who provides clear and concise advice to stakeholders.
You will need to be CIPD Level 5 qualified or can demonstrate that you are making good progress towards achieving the qualification. A sound knowledge of current employment legislation as well as knowledge of best practice in employee relations is essential.
