About The Role

We are looking to appoint an Team Leader for our adult residential service King Street in Thorne. This role is about ensuring high standards are maintained in terms of the outcomes for the people we support, staffing, resources and the health, safety and wellbeing of people using the service, colleagues and visitors. 

As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for implementing, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of individual care and support plans and for effective risk management within a positive behaviour support framework.

About You

As well as being a compassionate individual you will need to have a NVQ Level 2 in Adult Health and Social Care and be prepared to work towards NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care whilst in post.

You will need to have successful experience of working with adults with learning disabilities within a residential setting and experience of successfully managing a team and its resources.

You will be joining a team who are passionate about safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the people we support and a company who values its employees.

We provide community based residential care for adults who have complex care needs, including behaviours that may challenge and a learning disability, often in association with autism.
