About The Role

Hesley Group have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the centralised Recruitment Team to cover maternity leave for 12 months.
 
The Talent Acquisition Advisor will take responsibility for the operational delivery of full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing, hiring and onboarding staff for Hesley Group services. You will utilise different recruitment platforms to headhunt candidates for talent pipelines, promoting Hesley Group as an employer of choice. 

The post will report to the Recruitment Manager and will collaborate daily with a range of key operational stakeholders. You will work closely with senior leaders to identify any new opportunities or ideas to promote and improve candidate attraction as well as proactively identifying future hiring needs for the service they are partnered with.

About You

You will have experience of working in a recruitment role, preferably in an in house recruitment role. You will need to have had a successful track record of managing recruitment campaigns for shortage or high volume roles.
 
You will need to be an excellent communicator, as well as being able to manage multiple recruitment campaigns at once.  You will need to be familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems and demonstrate sound reporting skills to support best recruitment practices and enable data driven decision making.
 
You will be a proactive and motivated person who is able to meet your agreed KPI targets. You will be confident building relationships with key stakeholders and providing regular updates and feedback for improvements.
