About The Role

Location: Denaby Main, Thorne, Wadworth

We are pleased to be recruiting a Behaviour Analyst / Senior Behaviour Analyst to join our Transitional Services team. This vacancy has arisen due to an internal promotion — reflecting our strong commitment to staff development, progression, and career pathways within our organisation.

You will take a compassionate approach to working with people, be committed to understanding peoples needs and use evidence-based practice to help people to flourish.

Working within the PBS framework, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to understand people's needs holistically. You may work in a range of settings which include residential, educational and vocational. You will work alongside colleagues to ensure that services have the knowledge and skills to deliver high quality support environments. Working together with the people we support, their support staff, families and other key people, you will help people to identify and achieve their goals. You will work autonomously to carry out specialist assessment and intervention, coaching and motivating others to bring about meaningful change. You will have the opportunity to support with service wide PBS initiatives and will supervise the work of others implementing interventions.

The hub covers Mercury College and several small residential and supported‑living services in the Doncaster area. You will be line managed by the Clinical Hub Manager for the Transitions Hub, who also acts as the Professional Lead Behaviour Analyst. This means your day‑to‑day management and your wider professional support come from the same experienced clinical leader, ensuring seamless guidance, consistency and high‑quality supervision.  You will benefit from ongoing professional development, clinical oversight and reflective practice that actively support your growth and maintain high professional standards.
