About The Role

We are recruiting an Executive Assistant on a permanent, full time basis.  The role is based at our stunning Head Office in Tickhill, Doncaster.

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the CEO and other members of our Executive Team, ensuring efficient operation of the Executive office. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, screening calls and emails where appropriate.
  • Diary management and arrangement/co-ordination of meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist with special projects as needed, conducting research and compiling reports.
  • General administration including handling correspondence and maintaining files.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
  • Travel arrangement - coordinate travel logistics, including booking travel, accommodation and creating detailed itineraries.
  • Communication Liaison - acting as a bridge between the CEO and colleagues or external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Support the preparation of the monthly board reports.
  • Creating presentations using PowerPoint and other written materials.
  • Arranging events such as dinners and other corporate events on behalf of the Executive.

About You

You will possess sound commercial knowledge with experience of working in a similar role as a Personal/Executive Assistant preferably in a fast moving environment.

We are looking for someone who has experience of working with an Executive Team with advanced proficiency in MS Office and meticulous attention to detail. You’ll have exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all times with internal and external stakeholders.  You’ll always act with a high level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
