About The Role

Here at Fullerton House we are looking for compassionate and positive individuals who can provide support to our young people with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs including behaviours that may challenge. As a Support Worker in our school, you will be integral in developing the skills of our young people.
  
Fullerton House School is a residential school offering education and care for up to 52 weeks-per-year, for young people aged 8 to 19.

Living and learning together is what we do at Fullerton House School. As a Support Worker you would support our young people develop the skills to attend an educational setting as well as learn how to develop greater independence skills in their day to day lives. Your work will be enriching as well as fun! No two days will be the same, you will be part of creating memories for our young people.
 
Hours of work - Full time average of 36 hours per week (part-time hours may be considered)
Weekdays:   Earlies 07:00 – 14:50,   Lates 13:00 – 21:00
Weekends:   Earlies 07:00 – 13:30,   Lates 13:00 – 21:00

About You

You don't need to have experience but it is essential that you share our values.  As long as you have a positive attitude and want to improve the lives of those with a learning disability, we will support you with progression opportunities throughout your career with us. We will support you through your Level 3 qualification so you become a fully qualified Support Worker.
