About The Role

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Team Manager for our 12 bed adult residential service King Street in Thorne. This role is about ensuring high standards are maintained in terms of the outcomes for the people we support, staffing, resources and the health, safety and wellbeing of people using the service, colleagues and visitors. 

As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for implementing, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of individual care and support plans and for effective risk management within a positive behaviour support framework.


About You

As well as being a compassionate individual you will need to have a NVQ Level 2 in Adult Health and Social Care and have completed NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care within six months of appointment.

You will need to have successful experience of working with adults with learning disabilities within a residential setting and experience of successfully managing a team and its resources.
