We are looking for a Professional Lead for PBS Services to join us to support the delivery of high quality, person-centred support to improve the quality of life of adults with learning disabilities.
This is an exciting new role, created to strengthen and develop our PBS team and provision. You will provide professional leadership for our PBS team, which currently includes 7 Behaviour Analyst posts and 3 Assistants. You will work closely with the Head of Applied Psychology & PBS on strategic initiatives, service development, and embedding evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support across the organisation.
As part of our Clinical Services team, you will collaborate with Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech and Language Therapy (SLT), Psychiatry and Practice Lead colleagues and join a peer group of professional leads for OT and SLT, fostering collaborative learning, practice and innovation.
The clinical element of this role will focus on our North Hub (Barnsley, Easingwold, Scunthorpe). Travel to our other sites will be required in this role.
(For internal candidates, the current base location would remain unchanged, but travel to other sites would be required).
This is a full time role (part time will be considered).
