About The Role

  
Would you like a new and exciting role as a Male Support Worker at our brand new Supported Living Service in Denaby Main in Doncaster.

You will be supporting people with autism and complex needs with their daily routines and helping them access new experiences.  

We are looking for Male Support Workers who have a ‘can do’ attitude, outgoing and caring but have a calm demeanor when needed. You don’t have to have experience but just the right attitude and share our values. We will ensure you receive first class training when you join us and throughout your career at Hesley Group. We will support you to become a Qualified Support Worker and beyond! You will be joining a company who values its employees.
 
You will have need to be able to work a combination of morning, afternoon and night shifts.

About You

We are looking for male Support Workers to join our specialist, residential service at Supported Living. We have a number of male individuals who require male support workers as this may involve supporting with personal and intimate care.
 
It is desirable if you are able to speak and understand Urdu.
 
You don't need to have experience as long as you have a positive attitude and want to improve the lives of those with a learning disability, we will support you with progression opportunities throughout your career with us. We will support you through your Level 2 qualification so you become a fully qualified Support Worker
 
It is required that you are able to drive and hold a Full UK Driving License
