About The Role

We are looking to appoint a Team Leader to join our specialist, residential service at Dragonby Road in Scunthorpe. There are two distinct aspects to the role of Team leader, a direct support role to the people who use our services and a management function.

You will be responsible for the general supervision of the direct care provision of a team of support staff to ensure that the people who use our services receive a complete person-centred care service. Mentoring, supervising, coaching and assessing support workers practice is the primary focus of this role along with the influencing of staff performance and acting as an excellent role model.
