Here at The Limes we are looking for compassionate and positive individuals who can provide support to people with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs including behaviours that may challenge. As a Support Worker within our college, you will be integral in developing the skills of our young people.

The Limes is a specialist residential college, offering education and care for up to 52 weeks per year for adults aged 18 to 25. 

Living and learning together is what we do at The Limes. As a Support Worker you would support our young people develop the skills to attend an educational setting as well as learn how to develop greater independence skills in their day to day lives. Your work will be enriching as well as fun! No two days will be the same, you will be part of creating memories for the people we support. 
Hours of work - Full time average of 36 hours per week (part-time hours may also be available)
Weekdays:   Earlies 07:15 – 16:00,   Lates 15:00 – 21:30
Weekends:   Earlies 07:15 – 16:00,   Lates 15:00 – 21:30

About You

You don't need to have experience but it is essential that you share our values.  As long as you have a positive attitude and want to improve the lives of those with a learning disability, we will support you with progression opportunities throughout your career with us. We will support you through your Level 2 qualification so you become a fully qualified Support Worker.
