All of our new staff are required to attend and complete a relevant corporate and service-specific induction programme to your role. These are aimed at meeting national legislation and standards such as the Care Certificate, Level 2 diploma in Care, Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential Services’. We also run a comprehensive leadership and management programme which ensures managers have the knowledge, skills and abilities to lead and manage effectively.
Once your induction is complete, you’ll move on to personal development programmes (CPD) including supervision and ongoing appraisal which are key parts that further develop knowledge skills and motivation in order to achieve and maintain a high quality of service for the people we support.
Workforce development workshops and training such as our ‘Good to Great’ management development programme, re-certification, update courses/workshops and role specific courses will also be available for you.
