About The Role

Hesley Group have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Advisor to join a newly established centralised Recruitment Team. 

The Senior Recruitment Advisor will take responsibility for the operational delivery of full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing, hiring and onboarding staff for Hesley Group services. You will utilise different recruitment platforms to headhunt candidates for talent pipelines, promoting Hesley Group as an employer of choice. 

The post will report to the Recruitment Manager and will collaborate daily with a range of key operational stakeholders. You will work closely with senior leaders to identify any new opportunities or ideas to promote and improve candidate attraction as well as proactively identifying future hiring needs for the service they are partnered with.

About You

You will have strong recruitment experience, either working in an in house recruiter role or for an agency. You will need to have had a successful track record of managing recruitment campaigns for shortage or high volume roles in the health and social care sector.
 
You will be used to working within a fast paced environment couple with a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, as well as being able to manage multiple recruitment campaigns at once.  You will need to be familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems and demonstrate sound reporting skills to support best recruitment practices and enable data driven decision making.
 
You will be a proactive and motivated person who is able to meet your agreed KPI targets. You will be confident building relationships with key stakeholders and providing regular updates and feedback for improvements.
