About The Role

We are looking to appoint a Team Leader to join our specialist, residential service at The Limes. There are two distinct aspects to the role of Team Leader, a direct support role to the people who use our services and a management function.

You will be responsible for the general supervision of the direct care provision of a team of support staff to ensure that the people who use our services receive a complete person-centered care service. Mentoring, supervising, coaching and assessing support workers practice is the primary focus of this role along with the influencing of staff performance and acting as an excellent role model. 


About You

You will need to hold a diploma level 3 or 4 in Health and Social Care or be working towards your level 3 diploma.

You will need to demonstrate significant experience of care support work at a standard assessed as competent in all aspects of the role.
