Development opportunity at Copperclay Mews! 
We have a new development opportunity at Copperclay Mews for an ambitious and dedicated support worker who is looking to take that next step in their career as a Night Team Leader.  There are two distinct aspects to the role of Team Leader, a direct support role to the people who use our services and a management function.

You will be responsible for the general supervision of the direct care provision of a team of support staff to ensure that the people who use our services receive a complete person-centered care service. Mentoring, supervising, coaching and assessing support workers practice is the primary focus of this role along with the influencing of staff performance and acting as an excellent role model. 

About You

This is an exciting opportunity for existing support workers to develop their skills and experience in a Team Leader role. You will be given on the job support and training as well as being supported to reach your Level 2/3 NVQ in Adult Health and Social Care.

This is a great opportunity for someone with the right skills to gain some experience of a management role.
